About Us

Urban Farm Initiative is a non-profit established in 2018 to inspire communities to be more environmentally conscious of their actions. Our work is to create and operate community gardens in the Greater Toronto Area and help existing organizations and communities with seedlings. We aim to showcase the importance of sustainable practices in food production that would help promote waste reduction, urban agriculture, the introduction of locally grown food and respect for the environment.
